yeah..we are 盧廣仲's fans嫩滑的白米粥，撕爛的雞肉絲，配上粒粒的青蔥，簡單又美味的食物。
小小的一碗雞粥，在每個人眼里都有不同的意義，有些人覺得溫馨、有些人覺得有老媽的味道；有一些人卻覺得這一碗粥好難吃，又吃不飽。
記得幾個月前，我好友的弟弟遇上車禍，送進了醫院的急救室，他的身體狀況都不樂觀，心臟還一度停止了十分鐘，嚇得好友哭了起來。我么繼續為他禱告，原本看他奄奄一息的，竟然神奇的醒過來了，還很快復原了，好幾天后就出院了。住在醫院的期間，他也認識了主耶穌，并接受他成為他生命的主宰——他知道，自己不能主宰自己的生命。
他可是一位廚師，曾在多個酒店的餐廳任廚，中餐、港式點心、西餐，什么都難不了他，甚至什么山珍海味都嘗試過。
那天，他清醒過來的時候，給他準備的，正好是一碗雞粥。他告訴我說，那一碗從醫院食堂打包的雞粥，是他這一生中吃過最好吃的食物，還叫我打包第二碗給他。這一碗粥，讓他嘗到了活著的滋味。
我聽了，覺得心很疼，可是也很感恩；人很奇怪，擁有太多的時候，就看不起微不足道的人事物；可是當我們失而復得的時候，這些我們不看重的東西，竟然是最珍貴的。

～生命最好的東西都是在我們失去了后才懂得珍惜。
也不曉得在那里讀到，謹記至今，感恩惜福，一生的金句。

Jackson died at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles. Ed Winter, the assistant chief coroner for Los Angeles County, confirmed his office had been notified of the death and would handle the investigation.
The circumstances of Jackson’s death were not immediately clear. Jackson was not breathing when Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded to a call at his Los Angeles home about 12:30 p.m., Capt. Steve Ruda told the Los Angeles Times. The paramedics performed CPR and took him to the hospital, Ruda told the newspaper.
